What’s up everyone!! I’m currently in the car driving to Gainesville, Georgia for my World Race Training Camp! What already? I know!! It feels like yesterday I was watching Youtube videos of training camp and praying over this trip (well maybe it was yesterday lol, I’ve been watching World Race Youtube videos almost everyday for the past few months). Anyway so here I am driving 4 and 1/2 hours to spend 10 days with my squad, who I’ve been DYING to meet. For those of you who don’t know too much about what this training camp entails here is a brief overview I have from videos, blogs, and from my mentors. I will definitely update y’all on how it went after the 20th so stay tuned:) For all 10 days I will be living in my tent, out of my pack, eating weird for different country days, memorizing bible verses to recite, worshipping, growing closer to my squad, and doing the timed 2.2 mile hike with our pack (which we are all freaking out about because our packs are so HEAVY!) Hopefully by the end of this I will be able to have a better idea on what I do and don’t need to pack so I can perfect it a little more and post a helpful packing list. Because, right now I definitely feel like I’ve overpacked (see picture)! If you think of me while I’m gone I would really appreciate any and all prayers.
